Have you ever seen the Showtime hit show Weeds? One of my favorites! But I also live in that same suburban town. I’ve always loved surrounding myself with creative people. I think inside a creative mind is a straight shot to their soul. No fakiness…only real thoughts and feelings. I was recently introduced to Ericka’s handbags through a friend and I was captivated by her clean lines, unique styles and quality craftsmanship. I was compelled to meet her…and although she is in NY and I’m in LA, we made time to get to know one another on the phone. Currently, Ericka is studying Fashion Theory at NYU, completely immersed in New York’s world of fashion and design. Her career is just emerging, but she has big ideas for the future of her business.

Christine Price-Holy Handbags!
I had the opportunity to meet Christine and first view her designs at a boutique last December in L.A. First of all, I have to explain my slight obsession with handbags and spotting her work from across the room immediately caused a great chorus of all things beautiful to erupt in my head. I really like her bags, but after spending some time with Christine, I found that I liked her even more. Her passion for her work is evident and in a room filled with designers, I found her supportive words for other women entrepreneurs very refreshing.
