They are on the look-out for talented fashion designers who are interested in showing off their designs to a full L.A. fashion audience. I love perusing L.A.’s fashion district. The creative energy is buzzing and I always find fabulous surprises. In L.A., FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) is the mecca of fashion design. LDB has followed some of these emerging designers and we love finding new gems here everyday.

Introducing…Chelsea Monroe

Thanks Boutiquing for the heads up on Chelsea Monroe, a brand new designer out of Orange County, CA. These are some of the looks in her new collection that were revealed yesterday at her debut fashion show and charity event benefiting Laura’s house, a facility to support the victims of domestic violence.
