Thanks Boutiquing for the heads up on Chelsea Monroe, a brand new designer out of Orange County, CA. These are some of the looks in her new collection that were revealed yesterday at her debut fashion show and charity event benefiting Laura’s house, a facility to support the victims of domestic violence. Chelsea’s style is feminine with a dose of funk. Enjoy these picts and we’ll all look forward to bringing you more from Chelsea Monroe Couture.
