I have to introduce you to one of my new favorite designer blogs. Allison O’Grady recently began Aspiring Couture when she felt that her strong interest in business and fashion could be paired together to help new designers get inspired to design with resources, tools and shared experiences. She told me, “…helping people is a major part of life, and to achieve your goals it is important to help others achieve theirs.”

The Aspiring Couture website will soon be featuring designers such as Jesica Milton and Feathered Designs. The site will also offer profiles on all the local and new designers and even Aspiring Couture’s own line of handbags, shoes, and more.

In her offline world, Allison is working, volunteering, loves to sew, paint and generally stay busy. (Girl, I think you’ve got that handled!)
