Leather handbags are a huge weakness of mine! I smell the soft skin from across the room and I can’t help myself. If I touch it…it’s usually over! Fortunately (or unfortunately) my budget won’t allow me to get too out of control. I can’t afford a closet full of genuine leather handbags.

But I recently found a label that might have changed my mind. Zhen-U.N. Leathers is a small etsy shop with some gorgeous handbag finds! For about two years, Jennifer Yuan has been  designing and developing new looks for her line and because she lives and works in Thailand, she has access to leather fresh from tanneries, unlike most domestic and European brands. Jennifer told me, “I am fortunate enough to be able to select styles of leathers that have not even hit western markets yet!  I try to produce designs that use unique colors and textures of leather and are rather simple in style but bold to the eye.”
